# Model Picker

## Choose a model for scene generation

This article explains how to open the **Model Picker** in Videfy and use it to quickly find, sort, and explore AI models.

The Model Picker helps you:

* Choose the right model for your scene
* Sort models based on what you like
* Preview real generation examples
* Filter models by type, style, and provider

### **Open the Model Picker**

1. Go to the **Storyboard**.
2. In a scene, locate the **Model** button in the bottom toolbar.
3. Click the **Model** button.

**What happens next**:

* The model panel opens on the left.
* The Model button turns **yellow**, showing it’s active.

### **Sort Models by Likes**

You can prioritize models you like most.

1. Open the **Model Picker**.
2. Click the **Like (♥) sort icon** at the top of the model list.

**Result**:

* Only models you’ve liked remain visible.
* Models without a heart icon are hidden.
* The icon turns **yellow**, confirming liked-only view is enabled.

This makes it easy to reuse trusted models without searching.

### **View Model Generation Examples**

Each model includes real examples to help you understand its output style.

1. Open the **Model Picker**.
2. Click on the **model image (thumbnail)**.
3. Select one of the example images.

**You’ll see**:

* The generated image
* The exact prompt used
* Additional details like similarity and settings

Use this to evaluate quality and decide if the model fits your scene.

### **Open and Use Model Filters**

Filters help you quickly narrow down models using clear, top-level categories.

1. Open the **Model Picker**.
2. At the top of the panel, use the filter tabs:
   * **Style**
   * **Provider**
3. Click any filter tab to expand its options.
4. Select one or more options to refine the model list.

**What happens**:

* The model list updates instantly.
* Only models matching your selected filters remain visible.

**Selection rules**:

* **Style**: single selection only
* **Provider**: multiple selections allowed

You can combine multiple filters (for example: *Leonardo + Realistic*) to find the right model faster.

### **What’s Next**

Once you’ve selected a model, adjust your prompt and click **Generate** to create your scene.

If you’re unsure which model to start with, try one you’ve previously liked or explore examples for inspiration.
